A Chinese blue and white tea caddy, Qing Dynasty, late 19th/early 20th century the hexagonal body painted with alternating panels depicting Sages with small boys, lotus flowers, chrysanthemums, lilies and prunus blossoms, the shoulder painted with bats and clouds, the neck with stylised flowerheads and tendrils, firing faults, chips, 17,5cm high
