Grown in the ancient soils of Wilyabrup, Cullen wine comes from the heart of the land rather than the mind of the winemaker. Cullen isthe only biodynamic and carbon positive winery in the region. Farmed and made according to biodynamic practices, and certified by Demeter or Biodyvin. Specifies year certified, but assumption is that biodynamic practices were followed in preceding years.

‘This is the flagship red from Cullen's Wilyabrup vineyards in Margaret River. A classic blend of Cabernet and Merlot, aged for 18 months in wood, it has huge, ripe fruit, along with elegance. Flavors of chocolate, mulberry and spices come together with ripe tannins. This wine definitely needs aging—give it five years at least’ - Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, 92/100 (Apr 2005)
