A Japanese blue and white pedestal bowl, late Meiji period (1868-1912) the centre painted with irises before a rocky outcrop and with mountains enclosed by a greek-key border, the exterior similarly painted, the column with sprays of blossom, the footrim with diaper border, 13,5cm high; and another, smaller, the centre painted with three rondels enclosed by a greek-key border, the exterior with blue-line and foliate decoration, 11cm high (2)
