J. H.', enclosed by an oval foliate cartouche flanked by sprigs of foliage and flowerheads, the rim with stippled border, enclosing a steel rasp, reeded sides, the hinged base with foliate decorations within a double stippled border, dents, restorations, 4,3cm wide, 40g
