'Still a deep red colour with a touch of onion skin tells you here is a wine of age. Surprisingly beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon flavours on the nose, elegant with a touch of nuttiness and a soothing creaminess. There is still lovely dark berries aromas followed by soft tannins on the palate, and a freshness that shines through this well-matured, balanced wine. Long soft finish. W.O.
