The front cover of the book has titling with an English-calf circular inlay featuring a giraffe in an African course setting while the spine has five raised bands, two leather labels and 23 carat gold tooling. The book is housed in clamshell box covered in Italian linen, with tipped-on illustration on cover. The publication was awarded Gold at the Independent Publisher Book Awards for 2013 in New York as the "Outstanding Book of the Year - Art & Craftsmanship". It also won gold at the Benjamin Franklin Awards in New York City. Fully illustrated with Leversha's color photographs; official forewords by Gary Player, Ernie Els, Peter Matkovich, Johann Rupert, Jack Nicklaus, Nick Price and Ronald Fream.
