The two round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.20cts appear to be H-I in colour and VS-I¹ in clarity
There is a minor dent to the outer circumference measuring 0.4mm - this is in the area to the top of the pendant.
The link suspending the diamonds is not stable
