claw-set to the centre with a round-cut aquamarine weighing approximately 0.50 carat, to a knife wire latticework frame highlighted with collet-set grey and cream seed pearls, to a bale set with three seed pearls, length approximately 38mm

The back brooch pin appears to be 9ct gold but is unmarked.
There is an additional loop to the reverse.
