Notes
The 'Undine' was built in 1867 by William Pile for JR Kelso of North Shields in Northumberland, England. Her registered tonnage was 796 tons, her length was 182 feet, her width was 35 feet and her depth of hold was 19 feet.
In 1868 she sailed to Shanghai against the monsoon in 100 days (pilot to pilot). Although still trading in 1884, she was sold that year to Austrian owners. She passed through several subsequent owners and in 1893 she capsized and sank.
