Wildu is lawyer, a senior partner and co-founder of Alchemy Law Africa, a bespoke legal advisory firm in Johannesburg that does a lot of difficult work across Africa for global clients. He focuses on financing transactions, acquisitions, restructurings, regulatory, and general finance matters and has advised on many of the most high-profile first-to-market transactions in South Africa and is regularly ranked as one of South Africa’s leading lawyers in the fields of banking and finance, securities, capital markets, and restructuring and insolvency.
Outside of law, Wildu also a keen water polo supporter and does a lot of pro bono work for various non-profit organisations in the water polo community. More importantly though, Wildu is an art lover and a keen collector and has represented Strauss & Co as our lawyer since our inception way back in 2009.
