Family Day: Island of Imagination

Step into the playful world of Walter Battiss and let your imagination run wild! In this fun and hands-on workshop, children will create their own vibrant prints using styrofoam plates – scratching in designs and inking them up to make bold, colourful artworks. This simple form of relief printing is the perfect way to explore shape, colour, and creativity. From fantastical animals to dreamlike islands and magical plants, anything is possible on your very own Island of Imagination!

Parents are invited to join Strauss & Co’s Saturday Lecture at 11am followed by an afternoon Specialist Walkabout at 2pm. 

Morning tea and coffee served from 10-11am | Warming winter soup available for purchase from 12pm.
