Grappa Cormòns has a crystalline white color to the eye . A harmonious perfume emerges on the nose, with notes of white roses, peaches, apples, pears and with hints of licorice and caramel . The taste in the mouth is delicate, harmonious and soft.

Cormòns Grappa comes from the distillation of a blend of white grape pomace (Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Tocai, Traminer, Pinot Grigio, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana).
The pomace is fermented at a controlled temperature and subsequently the distillation is carried out with a Neapolitan still in copper stills, in a bain-marie boiler to preserve the aromas and properties of the grapes.
