Leigh Leyde

After completing an MA in African Art History from the University of the Witwatersrand, in 2011, Leigh Leyde spent over 10 years building experience as the Education Curator at Wits Art Museum (WAM). This role deepened her passion for African art and widened her extensive knowledge of work from the continent both historical and contemporary. Leyde is currently employed at Strauss & Co as a cataloguer, researcher and writer.
